Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak houses a strong dedicated financial regulatory team, which principally advises banks and investment firms on matters including licensing and compliance. The group has developed a niche in a number of areas, including Payment Services Directive (PSD2) implementation, financial services-related advice on Brexit preparations, and fintech – drawing on the firm’s strengths in TMT.
