We are pleased to inform that veterinary clinic “Molicki” located in Dąbrowa Górnicza has joined AniCura, a family of leading veterinary clinics in Europe.
SK&S’ transaction team has advised AniCura AB at all stages of the transaction process, including due diligence as well as preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
AniCura was represented by the transaction team consisting of Tomasz Kański (Senior Partner) and Kacper Kurowski (Associate), supported by Jacek Myszko (Partner), Krzysztof Woś (Senior Counsel), Maciej Jakubowski (Associate), Ewelina Woike-Reguła (Associate), Mateusz Zagozdon (Junior Associate).
