SK&S M&A team advised renewable energy producer Sunly Land AS, who joined forces with Alseva Group

SK&S M&A team advised renewable energy producer Sunly Land AS, based in Tallinn, Estonia, who joined forces with Alseva Group in a transaction where Sunly Land acquired 100% of Alseva Group and the owners of Alseva Group acquired a shareholding in Sunly. Alseva Group is one of the leading developers and general contractors of large-scale photovoltaic farms on the Polish market.

Sunly is a leading renewable energy company active in the Baltics Region and Poland. It develops solar and wind power projects and manages a renewable energy and electrification portfolio of start-ups. It commenced its operations in 2019, operates solar farms with the capacity of 31 MW and has another 100 MW solar farms under construction, mostly in Poland.

Asleva is one of the leading developers and general contractors of large-scale photovoltaic farms on the Polish market. It provides innovative solutions for the RES sector since 2015. Alseva specializes in large-scale photovoltaic farms, providing professional support at every stage of the investment.
