SK&S advised Diversis Capital on the acquisition of ShelfWise sp. z o.o.

SK&S transaction team advised global investment firm Diversis Capital, based in Los Angeles, on the acquisition of ShelfWise sp. z o. o. – the owner of leading image recognition platform for smarter retail execution.

Acquisition coordination efforts were led by Eva Davis (Partner) and Phillip Kim (Associate) from Winston & Strawn LLP. SK&S was responsible for Polish aspects of the transaction, including legal and tax due diligence and negotiations of the transactional documentation.
