Stanisław Gordziałkowski

Specialises in tax law, including restructurings, financings, M&A transactions and international tax planning. He also advises on foreign exchange, customs and excise law. He provides services to clients in the FMCG, real estate, RES and new technology sectors, among others. Stanisław has been involved in several restructuring projects, including with foreign vehicles such as trusts, family foundations and holding companies. He represents clients in disputes with tax authorities, including before administrative courts, as well as before common courts in social security matters. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He also lectures on tax law at the Center for Postgraduate Education at Lazarski University and at the Postgraduate Program in Retail Business Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is the author of numerous articles and other publications on tax issues. In addition, he has been repeatedly recognised in national and international rankings as a tax expert.
