“SK&S’ transaction team has advised AniCura AB in the acquisition process of veterinary clinic “Gliwcka Przychodnia Weterynaryjna”. One of the largest veterinary clinics in Poland, located in Gliwice, has joined AniCura – a family of leading veterinary clinics in Europe.
SK&S’ transaction team has advised AniCura AB at all stages of the transaction process, including due diligence as well as preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
AniCura was represented by Julius Krüger (Head of M&A International and member of the management board of AniCura Poland) and Erik Bergman (Senior Analyst) as well as SK&S’ transaction team consisting of Tomasz Kański (Senior Partner) and Kacper Kurowski (Associate), supported by Jacek Myszko (Partner), Krzysztof Woś (Senior Counsel), Ewelina Woike-Reguła (Associate) and Mateusz Zagozdon (Junior Associate).
During the transaction AniCura and SK&S’ teams cooperated with Rödl & Partner’s transaction team led by Jarosław Kamiński, which was responsible for financial and tax matters.”
