We are pleased to inform that on 1st of July one of the leading Polish Veterinary Clinics Legwet Całodobowa Klinika Weterynaryjna located in Legionowo close to Warsaw has joined AniCura, a family of leading Veterinary Clinics in Europe.
SK&S’ transaction team has advised AniCura AB at all stages of the transaction process, including due diligence as well as preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
AniCura was represented by the team consisting of: Sławomir Uss (Partner) and Kacper Kurowski (Associate), supported by Filip Sodulski (Senior Counsel), Krzysztof Woś (Senior Associate), Maciej Żelewski (Senior Associate), Adrianna Gnatowska (Associate), Katarzyna Klonecka (Associate).
