Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak’s Energy Practice, led by Krzysztof Cichocki, has advised the Alternus Energy Group, an international independent renewable energy producer, in its acquisition of a 184 MW portfolio of photovoltaic farms.
On the part of SK&S, the transactions were led by: Anna Szczodra (Senior Counsel) and Witold Kurek (Senior Counsel).
The transaction team included: Tymoteusz Gibasiewicz, Aleksandra Kolenda, Karolina Wcisło-Karczewska, Andrzej Sikorski, Marta Śledź, Aleksandra Pinkas oraz Miłosz Bukowiec.
This is one of the largest transactions in the history of the PV industry in the CEE region by value.
