Joined the SK&S team in 2013. Represents Clients in court and arbitration proceedings. Has significant experience in running unfair competition cases, corporate disputes, as well as labour law cases and real estate disputes. However, in his day-to-day practice, Michał focuses on representing Clients in construction disputes concerning performance of large-scale infrastructure investments based on FIDIC standard forms of contracts.
