He handles M&A transactions at all stages, including the coordination of diligence studies, preparation of transaction documentation, as well as support for restructuring projects, merger, demerger and transformation processes of companies. Also advises clients on corporate aspects of their operations in Poland, including issues relating to the establishment of business activities, as well as the motor vehicle and aviation industry.
