Industrial Bank of Korea, the company behind IBK Bank Poland S.A., is one of Korea’s largest banks, headquartered in Seoul. It is controlled by the Government of the Republic of Korea and aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises.
SK&S lawyers represented IBK in the proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), which just ended with a decision to authorise the establishment of a national bank, IBK Bank Polska S.A.
This is part of a comprehensive legal support in the project related to the establishment and preparation for operations of the new Bank.
