Specializes in payment services law and new technologies law.

Supports financial institutions in various regulatory matters, including licensing procedures, cross-border provision of services and deployment processes of key regulations affecting the FinTech sector (such as GDPR, PSD2 and DORA). Advises on ongoing compliance and financial product development, with a particular focus on IT security and regulated outsourcing. Has broad experience in numerous e-commerce and consumer law projects. Represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), and the Financial Ombudsman. Actively participates in national and EU legislative processes on behalf of the banking sector.
