We are pleased to inform that veterinary clinic “Animal” located in Łódź has joined AniCura, a family of leading veterinary clinics in Europe.
SK&S’ transaction team has advised AniCura AB at all stages of the transaction process, including due diligence as well as preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
