Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law firm is currently advising Euricom S.p.A., a prominent global leader in the rice sector, on the acquisition of Sonko sp. z o.o., an unquestionable leading company on the healthy snacks market in Eastern Europe and a Polish brand operating since 1989, from Oshee Polska sp. z o.o., a renowned functional sports drinks manufacturer in Poland. Euricom aims to strengthen Sonko’s snack portfolio by investing in its infrastructure and brand identity, and expand its existing production capabilities in Italy. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals.
SK&S played a pivotal role throughout the transaction, providing comprehensive legal services on various aspects, which included: drafting and negotiating all transaction documentation, conducting legal due diligence on Sonko and strategic legal advice throughout the entire process.
