He has been working with the SK&S law firm since 2023, where he had previously worked between 2017-2021.
He gained experience at leading international and Polish legal companies in Warsaw, one of which was a Swedish capital group, as the chief transactional lawyer in the European division which covered more than 20 jurisdictions. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial contract negotiations and reorganisation processes (mergers, divisions, transformations). In addition, he advises clients on international acquisitions and divestments.
He is the author of scientific publications in the fields of commercial and corporate law. He obtained his PhD (call and put options) at Jagiellonian University.
