Borys D. Sawicki has been with SK&S since 1998. He specialises in banking and finance, focusing on project finance, structured finance, and leveraged finance transactions particularly in the energy, infrastructure, and real property sectors. He actively supports clients in matters related to sustainable transformation and sustainable finance, including the EU Taxonomy and non-financial reporting. He also advises on securitisation, factoring, and leasing transactions. Borys works both on the lender and borrower sides while his clients include international and domestic corporations, investment funds, and banks. For several years, he has been working closely with international financial institutions such as the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the World Bank.
He was a member of the Financial Department of the De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek law firm in Amsterdam from September 2009 to February 2010.
