Affiliated with SK&S since 2000. As a Partner of the firm, he provides advice to Polish and international clients on the implementation of major, complicated, and problematic projects. He combines expertise in commercial and securities law with knowledge of accounting and finance. In the past, he provided advice in numerous privatization and restructuring processes, as well as M&A transactions in various sectors of the Polish economy. Acted as a consultant to several renowned international banks, as well as financial institutions, and public and private companies in negotiations concerning acquisitions, mergers, share acquisition and project financing transactions, both domestic and international. Has participated in the implementation of investment projects, and provided advice on instruments used in capital markets and private equity/venture capital transactions.
