Joined the SK&S team in 2018. Specialises in criminal law. His practice area includes matters particularly related to white-collar crimes, cybercrimes and tax offences.

Jędrzej represents clients at all stages of criminal proceedings and in settlement negotiations. Supports clients in IT security incident management. Supervises and participates in internal investigations and e-discovery processes. Advises clients on planning, creating and implementing compliance procedures and internal policies. Assists clients in implementing and operating whistleblowing channels.

Undertakes a wide range of measures aimed at protecting copyrights representing leading computer software developers.
