Anna Tujakowska

Senior Counsel, attorney-at-law

Joined SK&S in 2008, she provides counsel and representation in commercial arbitration cases related to post-M&A under SA KIG, ICC, VIAC, and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules with seats of arbitration in Warsaw, Vienna, and Paris. Her international arbitration experience includes representing both states and private investors in intra-EU BIT investment arbitration proceedings. In addition to acting as an arbitrator, she serves as a secretary to arbitral tribunals and a sole arbitrator in cases governed by SA KIG, ICC, and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. A graduate of the MIDS Geneva L.LM. program in 2019, she actively publishes on arbitration topics and participates in various pro-bono initiatives dedicated to promoting arbitration awareness in Poland.
