SK&S team advised Crown Holdings on the sale of its European Tinplate business to KPS Capital Partners

SK&S team advised Crown Holdings, Inc., a leading global supplier of rigid packaging products, on the sale of its European Tinplate business to KPS Capital Partners, LP. Transaction coordination efforts were led by Ken Winterbottom (Associate) from Dechert LLP. SK&S was responsible for Polish aspects of the transaction and pre-completion restructuring.
