SK&S lawyers advised Wenaas Hotels Europe A/S on the acquisition of Hotel Radisson Collection***** Warsaw

SK&S’s advisory included comprehensive legal due diligence, support in negotiating terms and conditions of acquisition and preparation of transaction documentation, including share purchase agreement covering 100%  shares in the company being the Hotel owner.

 The team of SK&S lawyers advising the Client included: Leszek Małecki (senior associate) and Michał Dawidowicz (associate) from M&A / Corporate department, coordinating transaction process and negotiating transaction documentation, Krzysztof Woś (senior associate) from Real Estate department, coordinating due diligence process and real estate aspects of transactions as well as Leszek Biały (senior associate) from Banking and Finance department, responsible for issues related to repayment of financing granted to the acquired company and release of collaterals. The team was supervised by Krzysztof Cichocki (partner).

 Wenaas Hotels Europe A/S belongs to the Norwegian investment group Wenaasgruppen, which is one of the largest hotel investors in Scandinavia. The Wenaasgruppen strategy is based on investing in top-class hotels located in large cities, which are leaders in their segments. The acquisition of the Hotel Radisson Collection Warsaw is another transaction (following the acquisition of the Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel) in which SK&S supports Wenaas Hotels Europe A/S.

We have reported this matter to the Police, specifically to the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime, due to suspicions of criminal activity. Please exercise caution: carefully verify the sender’s address and avoid opening any suspicious emails or attachments. If in doubt, we recommend deleting such correspondence immediately.
