SK&S advised Alternus Energy Group in the transaction for the sale of 25 operational photovoltaic power plants with a total capacity of almost 90 MW in Poland

The Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law firm advised Alternus Energy Group Plc, an international renewable independent power producer, in the transaction for the sale of 25 operational photovoltaic (PV) power plants with a total capacity of 88.4 MW, including one of the largest PV power plants in Poland, owned by Solis Bond Designated Activity Company to SINO-CEEF.

The transaction was structured as a sale of the entire shareholding in the project companies. The preliminary share purchase agreement was signed in December 2023. The satisfaction of all the conditions precedent made it possible to close the transaction on 19 January 2024.

Alternus Energy Group Plc is an international independent renewable power producer. Headquartered in Ireland, and listed on the Euronext Growth Oslo, the Company develops, installs, and operates solar parks. It is a part of Alternus group, being a utility-scale transatlantic clean energy independent power producer (IPP), currently listed on Nasdaq.

SK&S’ team was headed by partner Krzysztof Cichocki and included Witold Kurek (Senior Counsel) and Julia Bałkowiec-Iskra (Associate).
