Below we present a summary of the most important recent changes in the Act of 10 April 1997 the Energy Law (Pol. Ustawa z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r Prawo energetyczne) which have been introduced by the Act of 28 July 2023 amending the Energy Law and certain other laws (the “Amendment“).
