New Partners at Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlęzak

We are very pleased to announce that as of 1 January 2023 our long-time associates – Tomasz Młodawski, Marek Oleksyn, and Dr. Łukasz Wyszomirski have been promoted as new Partners of Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak.

Tomasz Młodawski, attorney-at-law, specializing in energy sector regulations. For more than 15 years he has been advising and representing entrepreneurs in regulatory disputes, as well as in the development and acquisition of projects in the energy sector. He supports clients in the conclusion of energy and fuel purchase agreements (including long-term cPPAs), as well as various agreements related to investment processes in energy and industrial installations (including EPC, BoP, O&M, etc.). He assists in projects related to the optimization of the cost of the acquisition of energy and the use of support systems for energy costs. His practice also covers consultancy and representation in the field of natural resources.

Marek Oleksyn, attorney-at-law, advises and represents clients in matters concerning the protection of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks designs, know-how, copyrights, data bases, and internet domain names. Supports entrepreneurs in matters related to combating unfair competition. Drafts and negotiates agreements on the acquisition and licensing of intellectual property and R&D agreements. Provides support in technology transfer projects and in employee creativity-related issues. Authored numerous publications on the aforementioned subjects. Gives lectures at the Łazarski University, including for postgraduate studies: “New Technology Law”, “Environmental Law”, and “Labour and Social Security Law”.

Dr. Łukasz Wyszomirski, attorney-at-law, supports clients in preparing and implementing complex infrastructure projects, primarily in the energy sector, with a particular focus on offshore wind energy and in the acquisition of such projects. He advises at all stages of the investment process, i.e. real estate acquisition, permitting, and contracting (EPC, technology supply, and O&M). He also advises on environmental and waste management matters. He represents clients in disputes in this area before administrative authorities and administrative courts. He has authored publications on administrative law, and co-authored a leading commentary on the Code of Administrative Procedure.
