Has over 10 years of experience providing services to clients in the field of labour law and social security. She advises employers on all legal aspects of employment, including hiring and dismissing employees, managers, board members, choosing the optimal form of employment, working time, compensation and bonus systems, remote work, company social benefit funds. Has experience in advising clients in manufacturing, retail, aviation industries, along with e-commerce, shared service centres (SSC) and distribution centres. Supports clients in the development and implementation of internal HR procedures, including the adaptation of global policies to local requirements.

Katarzyna has participated in various due diligence processes and supported M&A transactions in labour law aspects. She has led numerous workplace transition related projects. She has been implementing the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) and Employee Pension Schemes (PPE) amongst clients. Represents clients before employment courts, including in disputes related to discrimination, violation of personal rights or termination of employment contracts.

As an MBA graduate, combines legal knowledge with business expertise. At SK&S, she also provides sustainability-related (ESG) consulting in the social area. Supports organisations in building sustainable HR.

Publishes in major legal newspapers and conducts training courses on labour law.
