She has been working with the law firm Soltysinski Kawecki Szlezak since 2023. Ewelina specialises in advising energy companies and energy-intensive consumers on their current activities in areas regulated by energy law. She represents clients in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and before courts, including in matters regarding concessions, tariffs, exemptions from the TPA rule and fines. Moreover, Ewelina draws up contracts concluded on the energy market, including participation in negotiations of key purchase contracts (electricity and gas, EFET, PPA) and advise on issues related to the implementation of infrastructural projects. She also has experience in conducting a number of legal due diligence studies of renewable energy projects and critical infrastructure.

We have reported this matter to the Police, specifically to the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime, due to suspicions of criminal activity. Please exercise caution: carefully verify the sender’s address and avoid opening any suspicious emails or attachments. If in doubt, we recommend deleting such correspondence immediately.
