On 15 March 2018, the Act of 26 January 2018 on Amendments to the Act on the National Court Register (“KRS”) and certain other acts entered into force (“Amending Act”).
The Act introduces amendments (to over 30 acts) aimed, among others, at digitalizing various KRS proceedings as well as implementing a new manner of preparing and signing financial statements. Due to the broad scope of the modifications, we have pointed out only some of them below. These will enter into force in this year.
As some of the new provisions are ambiguous, the KRS’ practice will have significant influence on proceedings in the KRS.
