Affiliated with SK&S since 2011. Specialises in tax consultancy, in particular regarding VAT and CIT, including restructuring, M&A transactions, international tax optimization, transfer pricing, and tax and audit proceedings. Has participated in numerous international and domestic restructuring projects and due diligence processes. On many occasions has represented clients in disputes with tax authorities, including in those before voivodeship administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. He also appears before common courts in social insurance cases. A member of the Warsaw Bar, the National Chamber of Tax Advisers and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). Teaches tax law at the Centre for Postgraduate Education of the Łazarski University. A laureate of the 6th edition of the “Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow 2017” competition. The author of numerous articles about taxes. Gained earlier professional experience at one of the “Big Four” companies and a leading law firm.
