Dariusz Skuza

Has worked at SK&S since 1993, and been a Partner since 1996. Specialises in civil, commercial, and administrative law. For over 25 years has provided advice on court cases, including cross-border litigation. Represents international and global enterprises before common courts and arbitration tribunals in complex commercial, property, and regulatory cases, those concerned with personality rights, and in unfair competition cases. A judge of the Voivodeship Court in Warsaw from 1985 to 1993, for three final years of his judicial career he was the Head of the Civil Division of the Court and a lecturer to those training to become judges.
