Has been working with SK&S since 2024. He gained his prior experience at The Big Four, where he specialised in comprehensive due diligence analyses and tax structuring. Michał’s expertise includes tax optimisation in mergers and acquisitions, tax restructuring for corporate groups, and tax cash flow modeling. He also has experience in reviewing financial models, transfer pricing, withholding tax procedures, and MDR reporting. Michał advises clients from various sectors, including real estate, green energy, IT, medical, manufacturing, e-commerce, and distribution. He focuses on providing the most effective tax and business solutions.
