Joined SK&S in 2019 and works in the firm’s Tax practice group. From 2016 to 2019, worked for one of the “Big Four”. A finalist of the Polish “Tax’n’You” tax competition (2016 edition).
Specialises in day-to-day tax consultancy, in particular, in the areas of CIT and PIT, M&A transactions, and international tax structuring. Participated in numerous international and domestic restructuring projects and due diligence processes. Also specialises in tax proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts.
