She is experienced in advising on public offerings and introduction of securities to trading at the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NewConnect market, M&A transactions, providing ongoing legal services to public and private companies, advising public companies on reporting duties, and conducting reorganisation and restructuring processes. Represents clients before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
