Senior Counsel, attorney-at-law
He represents clients in a wide range of cases involving all types of civil disputes, including disputes under the Civil Code, unfair competition, corporate disputes and post-M&A disputes. He also represents clients in civil proceedings to overturn unfavourable decisions of public authorities (e.g. the Chairman of the National Broadcasting Council or the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection). These cases have sometimes involved fundamental issues, such as the limits of interference by supervisory authorities with press freedom.

As part of this practice, he is involved in the preparation and enforcement of securities, such as declarations of submission to enforcement, pledges or promissory notes. He also supports clients in corporate matters, advising on day-to-day operations or representing them at shareholders' meetings.
He advises on complex insolvency and restructuring proceedings, which require interdisciplinary knowledge from various fields of law.
