Jan Banasiński

Has more than ten years of experience in advising financial institutions in transactional, regulatory and litigation areas. Jan has advised both state-owned and commercial banks on the largest banking transactions of the last decade, in structuring debt financings based on the LMA (Loan Market Association) standard, mainly in (i) real estate, (ii) LBO, (iii) export, (iv) infrastructure transactions. Within SK&S he supports the transactional and regulatory area of the Banking and Finance practice. He supervised on behalf of our Legal Department the introduction of the "go green" strategy in one of the Polish banks, the implementation of green products into the bank's offering, as well as supporting the ESG reporting process.
