Aleksandra Hryniewska-van den Berkmortel

Joined SK&S in 2019. Specialises in intellectual property law. On an everyday basis, she works with Polish and foreign clients by providing advice on matters relating to trademarks and industrial designs, including on proceedings before the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva (WIPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante (EUIPO), and the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (UP RP).

Has extensive experience in trademark registrability search, as well as management and ongoing handling of client trademark portfolios. Provides advice in arbitration proceedings in cases regarding internet domain names, as well as competition and consumer protection. Has attended numerous trademark courses and training sessions, e.g. at the UP RP and EUIPO.
