Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak’s lawyers advised the company Agora S.A. in the conclusion of an investment agreement with Discovery Polska sp. z o.o. concerning the company Green Content sp. z o.o. The subject matter of the agreement was the disposal of approx. 49% of the shares in the share capital of Green Content sp. z o.o., and to establish the rules for cooperation between Agora S.A. and Discovery Polska sp. z o.o., including the rules of corporate governance.
