Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak acted on the refinancing of the retail-office center Blue City / Blue Office / Blue Parking by ING Bank Śląski S.A. and ING Bank N.V. Under a facility agreement signed on 21 May 2015, ING Bank Śląski S.A. and ING Bank N.V. granted Blue City, Blue Office and Blue Parking credit to refinance their debt in the aggregate amount of EUR 185 million. Blue City / Blue Office / Blue Parking is a 207,000 sq. m. multi-functional retail-office center on Al. Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. The gross lease area of the retail center is approx. 66,000 square meters of commercial area, while the office complex has approx. 31,000 square meters.
