SK&S’ M&A team advised Miura Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Meditrans by Proclinic and on the establishment of a strategic joint venture.

Miura Partners is a leading private equity fund in Spain, headquartered in Barcelona, with offices in Madrid. The fund specialises in investing in small and medium-sized companies in Europe.

Proclinic, a company in the Miura Partners portfolio, is a leading provider of solutions for the dental sector in Spain. Proclinic has a state-of-the-art automated logistics centre in Zaragoza and has a strong international presence through its network of online shops, particularly in France, Italy, and Germany.

Meditrans is a Polish distributor of dental products based in Kielce which has been in business since 1991. The company supplies its products to dental surgeries, dental clinics, prosthetic laboratories, dental shops, and wholesalers.

Miura Partners was represented by SK&S’ M&A team consisting of Paweł Bochnia (Associate) and Maksym Shcherbyuk (Junior Associate), led by Robert Gawałkiewicz (Managing Partner).
