SK&S has been ranked in the gold category in The World Trademark Review 1000 2021

SK&S has been ranked in the gold category in the ranking The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals published by The World Trademark Review.

In the individual ranking recommendations were received by the following:

“A leader in the field of intellectual property, SKS is exceptionally strong at what it does and has an impressive portfolio of clients. Its diligence in litigation is well known; as are its commitment and engagement to each matter.” It adroitly manages the portfolios of top domestic brands such Eurocash and mBank, while also dreaming up winning strategies for iconic multinationals such as Nike. The latter brief is entrusted to Szymon Gogulski, “a skilled strategist and reliable adviser in contentious scenarios”, whose clients “take comfort in his stellar guidance”. He recently represented Microsoft in infringement proceedings and defended the OMEGA trademark on behalf of Swatch at the Court of Appeal. Department co-head Ewa Skrzydło-Tefelska “is really bright and everything she plans ends up working out like clockwork. Her advice is always timely and the results she obtains are brilliant”. Skrzydło-Tefelska and WTR 1000 debutant Karol Gajek team up regularly to superb effect; they recently went out to bat for major local fintech player before the EU General Court. “Quick to grasp the most important points of each matter, Gajek understands the companies he assists as well as their commercial goals. He is solutions-oriented and analyses every case to provide a clear-cut strategy.” Large-scale dossiers are expertly managed by Arkadiusz Wójtowicz, “who always takes business needs into account before giving thorough and succinct advice. He is warmly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated attorney inPoland”.
