SK&S has been ranked in the gold category in The World Trademark Review 1000 2019

SK&S has been ranked in the gold category in the ranking The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals published by The World Trademark Review. SK&S’ partners: Szymon Gogulski and Dr. (hab.) Ewa Skrzydło-Tefelska were recommended.

“A corporate firm with outstanding IP credentials, Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak produces sterling results in the most challenging trademark cases. Dynamic duo Szymon Gogulski and Ewa Skrzydło-Tefelska reflect deeply on legal theory and the nuances of a given problem, but take a pragmatic approach to establishing a resolution.

“Szymon always goes the extra mile for his clients. He is a skilled and nimble strategist who doesn’t flinch even under immense pressure.” He is kept on his toes by the largest fast-moving consumer goods wholesale company in Poland and central Europe, Eurocash, which he represents in myriad contentious and non-contentious briefs.

“Ewa is no doubt a gold-tiered litigator” and an authoritative strategist in complex cross-border disputes.”

Dear Sirs,

We would like to inform you that in recent days, fraudulent emails impersonating our law firm have appeared online. In some cases, these emails include alleged invoices issued by SK&S.

Such fraudulent emails can be identified as they are sent from unusual, unknown addresses that do not belong to our domain. Additionally, these messages are often sent from addresses deceptively similar to those of legitimate senders. We want to emphasize that our law firm has no connection to these emails.
