SK&S advised Castik Capital in the acquisition of the transport service business of the firm Wolters Kluwer – a company of Transport Services with its seat in Brussels (as well as of the Polish subsidiary).
Castik Capital is a European firm which carries out investments on the private capital market. Transport Services is one of the leading firms on the market of software for transport management. It ensures its customers software to manage transport, supporting firms which deal professionally in transport and logistics.
Together with the law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, which had a leading advisory role in the transaction, SK&S advised Castik Capital on the Polish aspects of the transaction, including in particular with regard to carrying out the due diligence, as well on the share sale agreement.
