SK&S advised Vallen Distribution in the acquisition of a Polish part of Wesco Integrated Supply

Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law firm advised Vallen Distribution Inc., a portfolio company of Nautic Partners, LLC, in the acquisition of a Polish part of Wesco Integrated Supply (WIS) business, including sale of shares in a Polish subsidiary – Wesco Integrated Supply Polska sp. z o.o. The transaction was coordinated globally by McDermott Will & Emery LLP while SK&S was responsible for the Polish aspects of the transaction.

SK&S’ team was headed by partner Łukasz Berak and included Piotr Plesiński (Senior Counsel) and Wiktor Markiewicz (Associate) responsible for the due diligence and M&A aspects of the transaction, as well as by partner Krzysztof Kanton and Szymon Murek (Senior Associate) taking care of antitrust clearance in Poland.

We have reported this matter to the Police, specifically to the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime, due to suspicions of criminal activity. Please exercise caution: carefully verify the sender’s address and avoid opening any suspicious emails or attachments. If in doubt, we recommend deleting such correspondence immediately.
