SK&S advised Roca Sanitario in the acquisition of Nosag and IneoCare

SK&S’ transaction team advised Roca Sanitario S.A. – the world leader in the design, production, and commercialization of bathroom furnishings – with the Polish aspects of its acquisition of Nosag AG and IneoCare sp. z o.o. Both companies are dedicated to the production of bathroom and toilet assist devices.

Roca Group is a world leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of bathroom products. It operates in markets across 170 countries worldwide, owns 79 factories, and employs more than 21,000 people globally.

Nosag and IneoCare, dedicated to the production and commercialisation of bathroom and toilet assist devices aimed at people with reduced mobility or the senior segment, is present in the Swiss market, although Roca Group plans to extend the selling of these products to all the markets where it operates.

This acquisition reinforces Roca Group’s position in Central Europe, and is a further step in its commitment to innovation.

Our transaction team advised on all stages of the transaction process, including the due diligence as well as the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation.

SK&S’ team was headed by Senior Partner Robert Gawałkiewicz and included Jakub Woźniak (Senior Counsel) and Wiktor Markiewicz (Associate).

During the execution of the transaction, SK&S remained in close cooperation with the lawyers of the Swiss law firm Lenz & Staehelin who advised the Roca Group.
