Lawyers from the law firm Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak represented Eurocash in proceedings conducted by the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office concerning acquisition of control over the owner of the chain of Mila supermarkets. Following market research as part of the second phase of the concentration proceedings, the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office granted unconditional consent to the concentration by Eurocash.
