Lawyers from the law office Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak (SK&S) advised a group of shareholders in Rolmlecz on sale of shares in Rolmlecz to a Polmlek group company.
Rolmlecz is a shareholder in Lacpol company whose core profile of business activity is the production and sale of dairy products. The company has 9 production and service plants, a cold store and two dairy product warehouses in Poland.
Polmlek is one of the largest companies in the dairy industry in Poland, with 6 production plants. Its product portfolio includes an entire cross-section of dairy product ranges, inter alia cheese, processed cheese, cottage cheese, cream, yoghurts, butter, UHT milk, powdered milk and dairy desserts. The Polmlek group also includes the Fortuna plant which produces, inter alia, juices, nectars, soft drinks, lemonade and smoothies.
The sale of shares in Rolmlecz by the shareholders advised by SK&S formed part of the transaction in which a company from the Polmlek group acquired 100% of the shares in Rolmlecz.
