We advise international companies in the course of criminal proceedings held in Poland as a result of breach of anti-bribery regulations, and on the consequences of the FCPA for companies with a seat in the United States. - Supply of pharmaceuticals, wholesale trade in pharmaceuticals
SK&S lawyers specializing in public procurement law advise on tenders for the supply of pharmaceuticals to healthcare establishments. We also train hospital staff on tenders for the supply of drugs. We provide comprehensive advice to wholesalers – starting with the procedures to obtain a license to operate a pharmaceutical wholesale business, through assistance during inspections by the General Pharmaceutical Inspector, to support during post-inspection proceedings.
