Due to the ongoing state of the epidemic threat, the presidents of most courts of appeal have already ordered cancellation of their hearings in April 2020 (except for urgent cases). The status of hearings in April in particular courts of appeal is as follows:

Orders to cancel hearings in regional and district courts will be issued by the proper court presidents.
We are monitoring the current situation in the Polish courts. Because of the lack of unified regulation regarding court operations during a state of epidemic threat, we recommend checking the current orders of the courts’ presidents and contacting the courts by phone to determine whether a hearing in a specific case will take place on the scheduled date.
