The court settlement concluded before the Regional Court in Warsaw is the result of negotiations conducted since May 2017. The Irish companies SRB Civil Engineering, John Sisk and Roadbridge were represented by the law firm SK&S, both in the negotiations and in the signing of the settlement.

The SK&S team headed by counselor Rafał Waszkiewicz (partner), Anna Grzywczak-Kubiak (senior counsel) and Maciej Zwoliński (senior counsel) also represented firms in the court cases which preceded the conclusion of the settlement with the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways.
