Rodamco group in a transaction concerning the activation of two office buildings being part of the Złote Tarasy complex in Warsaw.
Entities controlled by Globalworth Poland Real Estate concluded a promised agreement for the purchase of a share in a company being the owner of the Skylight and Lumen buildings.
The total leased office space, located on the 18th (Skylight building) and 8th (Lumen building) floors, amounts to a total of 45,500 square meters. The main lessees are, among others, Pernod Ricard, Mars, PGE Energia Ciepła, InOffice, Regus, and Cushman & Wakefield.

Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V. is the Polish platform for office real estate, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie) since April 2017. The firm GPRE is owned mostly by Globalworth, a leading owner of offices in Central-Eastern Europe, concentrated on the markets in Poland and Rumania.

The Sołtysiński Kawecki and Szlęzak team included Łukasz Berak, who supervised the transaction and corporative aspects. He was assisted by Anna Kratiuk. Radosław Waszkiewicz was responsible for the real estate aspects of the transaction, together with Krzysztof Woś and Wiktor Kowalczuk. Tax issues were handled by Piotr Andrzejak, assisted by Bartłomiej Biały.
