SK&S advised Polimex-Mostostal in the conclusion of a settlement with the firm Europa Centralna sp. z o.o. to end disputes involving the construction of the shopping mall Europa Centralna in Gliwice.
On 29 December 2017 Polimex-Mostostal concluded a court settlement with the company Europa Centralna concerning disputes arising out of realization of an agreement on construction of a shopping mall in Gliwice. Under the settlement, Europa Centralna undertook to pay Polimex-Mostostal the amount of 3 million euro in respect of performance under the settlement.
